Growing confident, caring girls—rooted in nature.
Goddesses in the Garden is an educational initiative nurturing girls ages 5–15 through gardening, self-care, and ancestral plant wisdom.
What We Do
Goddesses in the Garden offers gentle, hands-on learning experiences that help girls grow confidence, care, and practical life skills through connection with the natural world.
Our work weaves together:
• 🌿 Gardening & food awareness — learning how food grows and how to care for living things
• 🌸 Self-care & mindfulness — cultivating calm, confidence, and body awareness
• 🌱 Plant & herbal wisdom — introducing girls to the healing relationship between people and plants
• 🌼 Etiquette & care for others — practicing kindness, responsibility, and respect
All programs are designed to meet girls where they are, honoring curiosity, creativity, and community.
Why It Matters
In a fast and often disconnected world, many girls grow up without regular opportunities to slow down, care for living things, or feel deeply rooted in themselves.
Gardening teaches patience.
Plants teach responsibility.
Nature teaches care, presence, and resilience.
Through simple, meaningful practices, our girls learn that they are capable, connected, and worthy of tending—to themselves, to others, and to the world around them.
When girls learn to nurture a garden, they learn to nurture their lives.
